I received my final scores for my Speech Recognition Editing class. I scored a 94.6% on my final dictation (MTs strive to get an accuracy rating of 98%). My overall score for the course was 96.7%!

I love this course I'm taking and I'm more than halfway through, but their inconsistency in grading is driving me crazy! I've tried to fight it but all I get is: "Grader's prerogative." How do I know if I'm learning if graders mark my tests differently? I just need to get through it and finish ( Read more... )

Friday night we saw The Avengers. Awesome, just awesome. There was action, humor, and the typical I-should-know-this-is-Joss-Whedon reaction of 'Oh no you didn't?' I LOVED the post-credit scene.
