Aha! I took my exam to be independently licensed as a social worker and I passed! Yes!

And I have an office at work now - not just a cubicle. Nice. OK, so I haven't moved in yet but it's there and I can use it for therapy sessions.

I had a lot of fun on Sunday at Yellow Springs. My only regret is that so did the mosquitoes. I didn't notice it at the time. In fact, I thought I was getting away without many bites at all. It wasn't until later that I found out I'm covered in big red welts that itch like mad - and drive me mad! I swear itching everywhere is the worst torture. ( ( Read more... )

Today I woke up to the smell of blueberry muffins being baked. Mmmm. I got to spend time w/ a good friend. And this evening I watched the Perseids w/ my husband. It was fun watching the night sky. So it was a good day.
