Last Friday was the JET summer conference, the last one of the JET year here. Those who are recontracting had to go for the whole day, but those of us going home only had to show up for the afternoon. *smug* N-san gave me a ride over and we spent several hours going over what to do before going home and how to get our pension refunds. Via the_wykydtron, here's a shortened version of a recent PEW survey on religious knowledge in the US population. Apparently athiests, agnostics and religious minorities all scored way higher than Christians of any stripe across the US.
