Went on a Quark Xpress training course yesterday. Quite interesting, and fun to mess around with, though I think it's probably a sledgehammer to crack a walnut for our needs in the library.

Went out for drinks yesterday for third day in a row.  Meet-up at the Stamford Arms in Stamford St, where the landlord's wife's set up a really cool OBCZ.  A bunch of cool people there - yokospungeon, semioticghosts, the redoubtable Netstation et al.  Yoko managed to drop a whole tray of jellybeans on the floor - nice one, Yoko.  Watched the rugby, drank a lot of Guinness, ( Read more... )
