I had a crappy day.

1) A mystery box on my front porch. From London. When I opened it, I discovered 3 boxes of Jaffa Cakes, courtesy of melodywilde. These are literally my favorite snack in the entire world -- and they can't be bought here in the U.S. Thank you so much, my dear!

My new passport arrived today -- eight days after I first sent in my application.

I think this is the first time in my life that I have been impressed by a government agency.

This morning I bought tickets to Phantom of the Opera for November, when my mom and I are in London.
