Kaylee got a bath. She expresses her displeasure about this.

Home from Ohio now, and utterly exhausted. Also depressed. Kaylee's vet bills ran over $400, and I don't have the faintest idea how I'm going to pay for it. I'm already overdrawn again, after just paying for half of it this morning (the other half to be paid when I get my paycheck later this week). Talked to the vet and Kaylee's blood work all came back fine. The lumps they found are all benign. My puppy is very healthy. Yay!!!!

Now I can actually enjoy myself on this trip. :-)

Thanks to floridacarol, I've gotten serious about losing weight. I've joined My Fitness Pal, which is an online way to track your daily food intake plus exercise. It really helps keeps me motivated, remembering that I have to input everything I eat into this journal. Makes you think twice -- do I really need that cookie ( Read more... )

Over the past few weeks it's become impossible to ignore the fact that Kaylee's muzzle is turning white. She's only six and a half years old.
