I went to see The Sorcerer's Apprentice today. First I'd like to comment how awesome it is that there was a movie that went to theaters with an actually nerdy, not that attractive, yet badass protagonist. (Alas, all the female roles were not so great. But whatcanyado.)

... it was really good. Also thought-provoking, funny, and at times it made me go "aww".

So I wanted to know who the actor playing Mark Loring was, because he looked so damn familiar, and the credits said he was Jason Bateman, which still gave me no clue, so I looked at his IMDb page and he was the accountant in Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium! :D

Guess what I did instead of school today? I saw National Treasure 2 with my Speech class. ^_^ We were gonna see a more, um, educational movie, but we got to Quality 16 too late, so... It was quite good, although I really don't understand why anyone would pick Ben whatsisname over Riley Poole. Geeks are so much better, plus he's cuter. :P ( Read more... )
