On a Sunday

It was a nice day yesterday and for some reason I felt the need to clean out my closet. I put all of my winter wear in my suitcase and then started to wash/air out all of my spring/summer wear. I did two piles of laundry yesterday and I have two more piles to do today when that is done I will be ready for spring and summer.

I also ran 4.4K yesterday in 40 minutes. I hope to be up to 5k in two weeks!

Andrea came over yesterday evening and we had a spaghetti dinner with the last of the red wine we bought on Saturday. We also watched the Nora Roberts' made for Lifetime TV movie Montana Sky. It was ok. I love the book. It was the first romance novel and the first Nora Roberts' book that I ever read; it started my Nora Roberts addiction because of this I was a bit judgmental of the movie. The book is wonderful, long, and impossible to fit into an hour and half movie. The story moved way to fast, things were switched around, and I hated what they did with the character of Nate. He was supposed to be an Ivy League graduate and a lawyer but instead the movie turned him into the stereotypical country bumpkin sheriff. Way to kill a good character. I did like the character of Willa. She was how I pictured her, tough and not about to put up with anyone’s crap.

After that, we watched Love Actually. This movie is simply wonderful. It has Hugh Grant singing and dancing in two different scenes but with that put aside, the movie is still wonderful. I love how the characters are all interconnected even though they may not be aware of it. The relationships are brilliant and the little boy who falls in love with his classmate is adorable. Not to mention that any movie who has some British guy going to Wisconsin to get laid because American women will sleep with any guy who has a British accent is hilarious. Great movie!
