Last night was not pleasant. Woke up at 2:30am with a need to use the washroom, and as I feared the muscle spasms in my left thigh returned. Thankfully with nowhere near the intensity, but enough to be unpleasant, and with a constant twinge as a warning that a full-blown spasm could happen at any moment.

     Hard to believe that it's the 21st of June already - the huge amounts of snow and the dreary grey skies seemed like they would never end, and here we are on the first day of Summer!  The skies have still been dreary and grey a great deal, but the temperature has been warm enough that at least it's been rain and not more snow.  Even so, there's ( Read more... )

Today was the last day of Summer Vacation for the kidling.  For whatever their reason, schools in Saskatchewan start in the middle (sort of) the week just before the end of August.  The kids get some extra time at Christmas though, so it probably balances out for them.  In any case, Summer Vacation hasn't meant a lot to me for the last (eep ( Read more... )
