Much as I quite dislike Star Trek, I find that I quite enjoying Voyager.

And I just hit the episode titled "Worst Case Scenario", and I am REALLY digging it. Maybe it's cuz I'm a storyteller myself, but...this episode is awesome. :)

Just sayin'.

EDIT: Spoke too soon; about halfway through it got stupid. Alas.

One of the biggest problems in sci-fi is coming up with a plausible way to have alien species talk to each other without long and tedious classes where people actually sit down and learn the stupid language.
