I've actually kind of been getting to know people lately. It's nice. This weekend we had an "experiential day" with all of the first year counseling students. Basically it was like a low ropes course where we got in our lab groups and worked together on team building stuff with games like trollies, acid river, and the spiderweb. I decided to go for a walk a little earlier to get a feel for my new campus, my new home. By the end of my time spent at UNT, walking through campus was almost a comfort, like an old friend whom had an undying loyalty for me. Today was my first day of grad school. It was... School. It's not like I haven't been going to classes my entire life. The people in my program seem pretty cool though, and I definently enjoy the subject matter. I guess I'm just ready to be done with school. Well, now that I've lived here a few days, I suppose I can update a little tiny bit more on how things are. My apartments, being up on this nice bluff, have a beautiful view of Pike's Peak...
