1st Day of Grad School...
Today was my first day of grad school. It was... School. It's not like I haven't been going to classes my entire life. The people in my program seem pretty cool though, and I definently enjoy the subject matter. I guess I'm just ready to be done with school. Trouble is, I'm going to have to push my graduation back a year (so I'll be doing this program for three years instead of two) for financial reasons of course. Honestly though, as long as I get to stay here and do my thing, I'm not too worried about it, even though it will require another year of pencil-sharpening, grade-sweating, lecture-listening prison.
It was a little intimidating though because almost everyone there is older than me and married and has been working for at least a few years. It won't be the first time I can say that I feel young, but believe me... I do. However, I'm not really afraid that I can't hack it. In fact, I know that I can hack it.
In other news, I got a new cellphone! Yay!
