It WAS those buggers at the SPCA! I spoke with someone at the city offices, and all I need to do is bring in the proof that the girls were spayed and vaccinated...that's it! Still, what a rotten, dirty trick to play!

Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continiue this afternoon across large portions of the Central Valley...the Delta Region...as well as the surrounding foothills.
