I started writing here yesterday afternoon but never got around to finishing it.

Yesterday Jan and I hiked the Clarion Loop Trail - part of the North Country Trail. Three miles - most of it was very steep with lots of big rocks to climb over or down off of. The deep woods and the big trees were quite beautiful. I'd do it again. Maybe the next time it'll be easier. I don't usually use my legs to that extent and I might have ( Read more... )

Last I wrote here was on Sunday. On Monday Candy and I biked around Lake Wilhelm. I was kind of dreading it. It is HARD to do Wilhelm (I think) so many hills to go up. Not much exciting going on around here. Here's a picture of Andy taken through the dirty screen on the kitchen window this afternoon. He is in his favorite barking spot.
