Darn. The pain in my rib is taking over my life. Yesterday when I hiked with Candy I called it off early and we took a shortcut back to the car. I just was not enjoying myself. Every time I sniffed (because it was cold I was sniffing frequently) it hurt a lot. And every jostling step hurt a little. Just not enjoyable. I want life to go on exactly ( Read more... )

We rushed out so quickly for the bike ride that we forgot our helmets - which worried me after I noticed it but it was too late to turn back. And I forgot to take off the bike bar off my bike (it helps to hold a women's bike on a bike rack). Didn't even notice it was there cause I usually mount from the side.
