You are very attuned to your body and recognized that anxiety was affecting you. It's good that you know that. I think it's nice that you put up a tent in the backyard for the summer. If we lived in the country I think I would do that too.
Sometimes I think I am too tuned in to my body. I can unconsciously make my body feel things that it would be better to let go of. Probably need make a habit of regular relaxation exercises...
I've been setting up a backyard tent for quite a few summers now. I really enjoy it. I think this might be the last year for this particular tent though. I hope it will make it through this summer - then we can throw it out - it will have served its purpose.
While reading a website about anxiety disorders it was pretty plain to me that I suffer from them. And some depression too. I get the feeling of doom a lot. I am not interested in taking meds for the this though - I think I just need to concentrate on relaxing and doing natural relaxation techniques more. It will be interesting to see what the heart monitor shows after a month. It might have nothing to do with my heart and all these symptoms might have to do with anxiety - that's what I'm hoping anyway.
