My mom and grandfather are about 40 minutes away. They had to go north to San Juan Capistrano before they could come east. They will be spending the night here - the spare bedrooms are going to come in handy tonight. I heard that my grandmother is at an evacuation center somewhere on Camp Pendleton. On the San Diego County emergency website it says: "Partial evacuation: all residents of Fallbrook, north of Highway 76 and west of Interstate 15 to evacuate the community.
