I've been kind of a flake lately on here and with keeping in contact with people in general. Basically, I'm going through a lot of crap with my mental health still. The combo of drugs I'm on now seems to be leveling out my mood a bit. But I still feel anxious and like I'm crawling out of my skin. Lately I can only seem to sleep 4-5 hours a night. I'm doing this boot camp called Train Like Jane. It's supposed to tap into your primal side as a female, hence the whole Jane thing (the one for men is called Train Like Tarzan). Lately I've been spending all my free time with the dogs, pretty much, so that's why I haven't been around. Every day after work, we walk to Foster Dog Beach (which is pretty much across the street for all intents and purposes) and the dogs play with their friends. On Wednesday, I got most of my hair chopped off. I think the longest section now is maybe two inches. It's all spiky and messy and razor-cut and there's this huge swath of purple in the front.
