So, I recieved and perused the appraiser's report today. THe bottom line is $259k based from what I was seeing on the largeness of the "parcel" and the "demand" for medical office space. We have seriously begun to pursue a dog to add to the home. Last month we went to the Humane Society, donated some food and looked at the dogs. My aunt apparently left the property we live on to my cousin Robert.
