So today I had a great cup of joe with a great friend, and we talked about friendship. We talked about amazing friendships and fair-weather friends. And then we talked about how I'm thinking about dropping a friend of 8 years. It's a really rough decision, but I've come to realize that I don't think she's healthy for me.

It's been a good run for me. Last night I hung out with a good friend, talked politics in an amusing manner, stayed up until 3am watching The Tick, and then passed out on the couch. It's been good. I also did some drawing. This makes me a happy Panda. 

So when New Years comes around, I usually spend some time reflecting. 
As I look at last year, I realize that I really don't remember much. I had a spell of depression and insanity last year that made the rest of the year seem blurry. I almost want to reflect on my life moreso  than just the last year.

So the last weeks have been forgettable, confusing, hazy, and disorienting. I really couldn't remember what eve had been going on. So I think I've realized a little something about my work ethic. Right now I'm financially okay enough that I am able to put people way higher up than work. For example, if I need a day off for family or friends, I request it off. God, yesterday was a blast! I went down to Columbus and chilled with some of my friends that I hadn't seen in a long time. We did some urban exploration, got take out Chinese, and went to an amazing club. I really like the place we went to.
