I had my broken tooth pulled on Monday.  It's a joy being able to simply brush your teeth and not have to floss for half an hour trying to get food out from inside the gap.  On the down side, I haven't been allowed to eat anything chewy, like steak, or anything with particles in it, like seeds for a week to give the gum time to heal.   I've been ( Read more... )

The work week was fairly short, Monday was a holiday and I had taken Tuesday off for a dentist appointment that got rescheduled on me, but we had made appointments for other stuff like oil changes, so I couldn't just go back to work.  I worked all of three days last week.

I now know whether it's possible to OD on blacksmithing.  Yes, apparently 16 hours out of 48 is way past my limit.  This past weekend was Maker Faire at the Buffalo Museum of Science.
