Similar to last week. There's still potatoes, and mushrooms (though, this week, red potatoes, and crimini mushrooms). Instead, though, we're using Italian dressing instead of the cream 'o mushroom soup. I've got a great marinated/baked thing that uses said dressing, so should be tasty, we'll see in 6-8 hours tho ( Read more... )
