i flew with nathaniel recently to visit friends and family in texas. a good time was had by all.

my sister's cat, olive ("ovive") was such a good sport with him. she endured countless repeats of "cat....hug"

my visit in austin over president's day weekend was excellent, and i have some photos to prove it. austin is a town that will always hold a piece of my heart. even though housing is expensive there and the job market is oversaturated, the town holds a lot of good friends, great music, cool bars & coffeehouses, and really cute neighborhoods.

january/february involved several trips but little time to catch up and sort through pictures, much less post them. not only am i done with traveling for awhile, but the camera disc with mexico pictures got fried (insert big sadface here), so i have time to go through the backlog.
