Hey curlyhair.

So, as you all have probably experienced, once in a while you want to have straight hair. I wear my hair curly probably 99.9% of the time, and would love to have more of a variety, straightening it ever once in a while. I have a flat iron now called a "ga.ma leonardo ceramic flat iron" with 1" plates. Here's a picture of it.

So I caved and bought this baby. Do I regret it? NOPE. After trying many by the suggestion of others, I gave up and just shelled out the dough for this one. I need a gooooooood straightener because, as you can see, it is really super curly. I've tried all of the brands except chi, ghd, and sedu. Everyone keeps telling me how good Sedu straighteners are but none of them have my hair. I just want somehting that works well. Soo does anyone know if Sedu could maybe work on my hair?

Just found a new method of straightening that actually WORKS for my usually impossible to straighten hair - the Remington Wet-to-Straight iron. It probably will destroy your hair (more than other heat devices)if you use it daily, but it actually works!! Pictures will be coming once I get my film developed and decide to scan them. :)

So, I know like 99% of you are against straightening curly hair (and generally I am, too); however, I just bought a Chi ceramic straightener (which I found on sale for $100, instead of the usual $120...) and wanted to share my results with you all.

I finally broke down & bought myself a hair iorn.

I straighten my hair in the morning, but during the day it starts to curl at the end, is there anything i can do to stop my hair from curling?
