Straightening serum/sprays etc (help!)
All my life, I've had naturally confused hair. One day it was wavy, the next it was curly, but mainly it was straight with some texture.
Having envied all you naturally curly haired gals all my life, I went and got a perm back in November. While I don't regret it, my hair is far too damaged to get it re-done right now, but it's starting to grow out. As a result, I've been straightening my hair.
I normally put this Fructis Sleek and Shine Serum stuff in my hair before blowdrying it, and then I straighten. But I find that by the second day, my hair is pretty greasy and gross in general. And being a girl who really dislikes having to wash her hair every single day, this becomes a pain.
So I come to you with the following question, what are your favorite straightening methods and products? I have an awesome ceramic straightener that I am happy with, so I'm asking more about products and the like. (If you could include where I can get the stuff, or how much it costs that'd be great too. I'm in Toronto)
Any advice for those of you who have had curly hair their whole lives instead of just a few months (ehem, me) would help!
