In Spring every year there is a International Congress on Medieval Studies that is held by The Medieval Institute which is part of Western Michigan University's College of Arts & Sciences. Took dog for a walk this afternoon. It was too hot to walk the couple of miles that I really want to do, but both of us got sweaty and dehydrated and enjoyed ourselves. A wild creature crashed away in the undergrowth. And some of the leaves are starting to turn, but there are also some very cheery flowers that are the color of salmon eggs. ( Read more... )
