So, I'm going to take a quick break and give an example of why I love City of Heroes and more importantly, the Virtue server. The ramifications of what is currently happening, when you stop to think about it, is fuel for a paper, if not a thesis. In particular, kniedzw and drydem, I think you'll get a kick out of this...

After running fairly hard on Sunday evening (finally got to bed by 2:30 a.m. and then up at 6:00 for the kids) and staying out way too late for some Star Wars RPG last night, I finally fell over this morning at 11:00. Well, the week was going great until last night. For some reason, something in my lower back/hip seized up and has placed me in quite a bit of pain. My bro tried to work it out with some massage and some stretches. It helped but not alot. So, I'm pretty stiff and gimpy this morning.
