When are quiet hours again? And what applies to them? I live in 7101 and the neighbors upstairs are unreasonably loud all the time. Basically they STOMP around all the time. Last Saturday I went to the DJ Tiesto concert and it was amazing! I had so much fun. Pretty much a rave..but awesome. One thing that's not my style is how girls dress (think Hot Topic, go-go-dancers). Other than that, lasers, LED..really cool.
