So in my normal nightly watching of IRC (I answer support questions on #trac a lot of the time), I got $50. Someone said they would pay me to setup Trac on their server. So for 1 hour of work, I got teh m0n3yz.

One of my biggest projects recently has been TracForge, a set of plugins to the Trac project managment system that adds support for working with multiple projects.
