Why is it always so ridiculously over-complicated to visit family? And so impossible to please people? Not that it's ever possible to please my sister, who I just had to hang up on because I just did not have the patience to deal with her today.

It would really be nice to go for more than two days feeling fine. Sinus problems, colds, the usual monthly pains, etc. etc. Every time I feel good enough that I feel like I can start making progress on stuff rather than just barely managing to do the bare minimum, I get smacked with something else. According to Southwest Airlines, anyone who cannot sit comfortably in their seats is "too fat" to fly or should at least buy two tickets. Which means nobody bigger than my ten year old niece should be flying, since those seats aren't comfortable for anybody! Yesterday, I had a lovely day shopping with urban_exotic going to many places and spending very little money! Yes, I know, shocking. I only bought the one thing I had in mind to look for - a new alarm clock. Though I would just as soon have skipped the icky humid heat part.

Hope next weekend is nice, for yard sale! Bad movie night's weather doesn't matter as much, unless it's really icky hot.

What a wonderful weekend full of fun and friends and cooperative weather and happy people! I'll post more on the weddings later. They were wonderful. Both suited the couple in question very well.

I keep thinking it's Sunday today, though.
