I found a link to this website from a blog I haven't read in months. The item I found that I really am interested i n making is the dryer balls. I know we have been a bit tight on money so I have forgone the bounce (or store brand) dryer sheets. This uses a similar technique to rubber band balls. But is a lot more usefull. I am on a bunch of different e-mail newsletters. Todays combined a couple of things I really enjoy, but have not tried together like this.

It uses a spool knitter with wire and I guess you slide beads inside the mesh. I have made them with beads on the wire, or beads on a nylon/stretchy cording, but this looks really cool. Check it out.

I followed a link to this knitted world post at Craft . in the recent posts I found this blog. She does felting with the fiber as opposed to knitting an object throwing it in the wash and hoping for the best.

This article/blog post was linked on the knitting group. I have seen in the past other posts and links for the knitted graffiti but this one had so many unique ideas. This was posted on one of my knitting groups. The one they really liked was the yarn storage, but there was also links to other DIY storage and projects. From Craftzine.com. There are links to studio tours via blogs.
I think when I get a chance I might check out the project links.

On a thread on ravelry there was a request to look at a hat and figure out the cables on it. A wonderful woman on the list created a pattern for it. 
I got some yarn in a swap that would look great in this. I am not sure I have enough of it though. Will have to see. Just wanted to share.

 I can use that term because it is about football. Tonights game gave me 51 points. I know that other players on my FFL team are playing over the weeknd and ending on Monday so there are more points yet to come. But so far I am kicking ass.

I did make some baby socks.. well lverge on toddler socks. then with the left over I knit the kiddo's Elmo a pair of tube socks. You know.. even furry red monsters need knit wear.

I have done the cute thing of sending cards, and e-cards. But i feel like i need to do more.

I have a pattern for knit fortune cookies that you felt (shrink and make it look fuzzy) but not sure what the fortune should say.

I am diligently working on my Clapotis. I figured out I started it on 3-5-06 and I will probably be done this weekend. I joined the Yahoo knit along group and another woman was using the same Schaefer yarn and ran out a few rows short so I didn't do the last straight row repeat.
