reading this post and got to thinking. what things would i rather have done that were put aside for other things. Well a good friends wedding in scotland. I truly wish I had gone. On a thread on ravelry there was a request to look at a hat and figure out the cables on it. A wonderful woman on the list created a pattern for it. 
I got some yarn in a swap that would look great in this. I am not sure I have enough of it though. Will have to see. Just wanted to share.

I didn't wear a sweater, not all day, but I did work on my sweater. I finished the body, bound off the garter bottom hem this afternoon. Then learned how to do a sleeve on two circs. On one of my knitting communities there was a link posted. She noted that the color she has is not listed. But what I notice is it is hard to find the names of colors.
