I got to do hospital-type things today, as I gave blood. It was one of those weird donations, where I'm not sure the nurse put the needle in all the way, but it didn't hurt enough (it kinda just felt weird, the needle going in and out of the vein with my squeezes), and she was hella busy, so I just let it go. Gave platelets today. Actually turned out perfectly: no rain, which meant I got to use the car instead of busing it back and forth from the Red Cross.
