The twins are both suffering from sinus infections, again.  Just when Sam seemed to be getting over his persistent cough, he gets another S.I.  I took them into Pete's office on Friday.  I thought Natalie might be sick but I really didn't think Sam was too bad.  I only had him checked out because I was there anyway.  It turned out that he was worse ( Read more... )

Chris is winging his way back to San Francisco right now.  His flight left at 6:40 am this morning.  He and I were up at 4:15 am (ugh).  I didn't sleep well at all so I am really dragging today.  We woke the kids up at 4:40 am, put on socks and shoes, had them go potty, grabbed coats, blankets, and favorite toys, and left the house at 4:48 am.  We ( Read more... )

I made a request to Chris before Christmas.  I asked him to make me a TARDIS cookie cutter since I can't find any commercially available.  He has a friend with a metal shop in CA so he trekked out there and made me a cutter.  The Dalek cookie cutter came from a British cookie kit that he found on Ebay a few years ago.  Here is the result.
