I voted right after work today, and managed to get in and out in less than five minutes. Very nice. Especially since one of the guys I work with said that his polling place had a two hour wait earlier this afternoon. Since we get out at 4:30, I think I got in before the rush. You know how they say that having your tonsils out when you're older is a lot harder than it is when you're a kid?  Well, they're totally right.  Apparently, I had larger than normal tonsils, so they weren't totally healed after the two week "recovery period".  In fact, my throat is still pretty sensitive a month later.  I can eat most things now, ( Read more... )
