I've had a very long day.

I've been up since 3am.   I feel tattered and slightly torn.

I had a flat tire today.  This was discovered by my assistant manager.  I decided not to deal with it until the end of my shift.  My shift lead, Z., graciously offered to change my tire for me.  After an hour, I was on my way.  My spare was not as inflated as I'd ( Read more... )

So...I went to Vegas this weekend.  I had a really fun time.

The whole point of this trip was to establish contacts for booking shows and stuff.  I also wanted to experience the drive first hand (as I've always been a passenger and the minute the seat belt clicks, I'm asleep).

Saturday morning I got my car washed.  I went to a place by our old Encino apartment and had the best experience ever.  They spent 90 minutes on my car and when they were done, my car looked super fly.  I totally over-tipped.

Being Car-less can Suck It!

So, a few items of interest:

* Ex-Boyfriend gave me my belated birthday present over the weekend.  And it was worth the wait.  He got me....the DREAD PIRATE ROBERT'S SPECIAL EDITION PRINCESS BRIDE DVD!!!  :)  I'm absolutely stoked about this.  I wanted it sooooo bad.  So..a big hug and a thank you to him for the fantabulous b-day present.

I was approved for my car loan today.

If all goes well, that means that in about 2-3 weeks, I'll be the proud owner of a 2005 Black Saturn Vue.

Get out of my Apartment Lease 3 months early.
