So in the continuing saga of the new house, I went down to the Shasta Property Management offices today to check on the cleaning bill I dropped off at the beginning of last week. So the new house is coming together slowly but surely. We've been dealing with some issues regarding previous tenants, their dogs, and the messes they made in the back bedroom, however we made some headway with the rental agency and tomorrow will be a final cleaning by a carpet company that I'm bringing out to do a better job than the previous ( Read more... )
