Just bought two front row stage seating £15 tickets for my daughter and a friend to see Martin Freeman's Richard III next month. Online booking for the special cheap Mondays offer opened at 10am and I got straight onto the site and completed the transaction without queuing or the system crashing. Because I have been a stroppy so-and-so all week, I didn't take too kindly to being snubbed by lack of email alert with priority booking information for the forthcoming Richard III at Trafalgar Studios. Yesterday was son's birthday so we went to see The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey together. We had debated the various screening options and decided to go for the full 3D, 48 frames per second extravaganza. Three films to look forward to now. And Martin Freeman is just perfect in the title role. I'm particularly looking forward to the second part, The Desolation of Smaug. Have loved that treasure hoarding dragon since childhood. :-)

This evening I have finally learnt how to duplicate text accurately onto multiple frame layers for animation. No more judder - from the text at any rate...
