In June 2012 I attended a play called The Physicists at the Donmar with my itinerent physicist friend. On the way out we almost walked straight into a guy about our own age whom we both immediately recognised and yet could not place or put a name to. A new hope
Sometimes I almost wish that I was hooked on Downton Abbey, because then I'd have something to watch on the telly on a Sunday evening. Will it ever end? I didn't start watching (four years ago?) because I don't like drama interrupted by commercial breaks, and thus snobbishly stick to the BBC as much as possible.
