My almost-sugar-free red velvet cake turned out well, I thought--next time I will bake it a few minutes less, but still, not bad. Bought more jam at the farmers' market--another four jars. I still had two left from last time, but the farmers' market will soon be concluding for the season, and basically the whole point of jam is that it keeps. 95% fat-free turkey bacon is going too far. It doesn't even get crisp. Not even if you get frustrated and squirt it with the cooking spray. Next time, I will just get the regular turkey bacon, which is still 65% less fat than pork, according to the Butterball* package.
