One of the first "silent" films I was able to view was "The Tong Man" (1919) starring Sessue Hayakawa! During the summer of 1970 Pioneer Village of Jacksonville, Oregon showed this, "The Bells" (1926), "The General" (1926) and "The Blacksmith" (1922), maybe others. Glad to be back from Eugene. I returned a day early because two of the events scheduled by the University of Oregon Department of Computer and Information Sciences did not happen.
