One drama-free day accomplished! Dad did sleep all through the night, and quite a bit during the day too. He coughed a bit, but not at all like before. Can't sleep, as usual, even if the weather actually has changed for the slightly cooler. Got a nice summer rain just as I was cycling to the gym for tonight's spinning class. Spinning class tonight went well, even if our teacher had a new pair of VERY small short which made his look a bit too revealing. Oh dear. Went to the combined barbells/spinning class tonight, and the barbells were fine even if I still couldn't lift as much as before I had the cold. But the spinning, oh dear. And I've just napped for three hours straight, not a good idea. Will never fall asleep tonight.
