Being Human take two or perhaps three?
Can't sleep, as usual, even if the weather actually has changed for the slightly cooler. Got a nice summer rain just as I was cycling to the gym for tonight's spinning class. So refreshing, amazing what a few degrees less heat does. Spinning class was still crazy warm though, lots of people and lots of humidity equals lots of sweat. Oh joy. I was really angry and annoyed all through the class, for no major reason. I blame hormones and bad sleep. Told my sister that she couldn't watch Poirot chez moi, since I was going to watch Being Human, and before that I'd planned to have a bath. My bad mood meant I really did want to be on my own. Poor sis. Apparently my cousin also watched Being Human (yay for someone else in the family being geeky) so my sister couldn't speak to him on the phone either. We're a bad bunch.
Was great to watch Being Human again, will be fun to follow it for a few weeks, and I'm so happy there's a new season coming. Russell Tovey as George really own the series, but Mitchell grows on you. I'd forgotten that the annoying guy in the hat showed up as early as episode 1. I still miss some of the stuff from the pilot, with the other!Mitchell&Annie, and it's a damn shame that Swedish telly won't show it, since I think a lot of the background was great there. Annie was better the second time around, maybe because I knew more about her? Anyway, very nice to be back in that universe.
