I've turned around my sleeping schedule something frightful in the last couple of weeks. Last week it was due to the heat wave, only time when it was comfortable to sit around and read was in the middle of the night, but now it's gotten worse. I was awake until 7 in the morning both yesterday and the day before, and then I slept until four in the afternoon. Crazy, and it meant that I didn't make it to the bank, nor did any grocery shopping, so I'm really on my last loaf of bread and the last peach from the week-end. I need to go to bed somewhat earlier tonight, like maybe two or three, and actually get out of bed around 10 and make it to the market. I've done some reading, but I'm really fed up with myself. Fucked up sleeping habit are just so draining. I need a 9-5 job that forces me to keep a rigid schedule, this summer thing just messes me up.
Have to work at the gym on Monday at 7 in the morning, so that's something I suppose. And then I'm probably heading up to Gothenburg on Wednesday next for a few days. But what else?
