Back in California. I'm never flying through Houston again-the inter-terminal train there sucks royally. It stops for about ten minutes at each terminal and moves really slowly between them. I had to run to reach my plane ( Read more... )

Was excellent. It's amazingly well-plotted-I don't think there were five minutes when I thought I knew how things would turn out okay. Effects were great, as usual. But...

In other news, Mom gave me a copy of Jackdaws, a WWII spy book she found surprisingly enjoyable. It was quite compelling-I started reading it at about two and finished it just now. I'm back.

I got quite a bit done on my SoC project during this trip, which makes me happy.

I got to get towed behind a boat in an innertube, and ride a Sea-Doo (although I fell off once and had to drag it back to shore), which made me happy.
