Things are still kind of in stasis. Am temping for a few weeks at this ad agency that Demise (I shall call her Demise because that is what the predictive text on my phone calls her) says is like Mad Men. Hmm, lots of new developments since I last updated this!

First of all, I had a temp job from August that ended last Sunday. I spent all last week sleeping in an playing a video game (Fable II, the only video game I've ever really played). So addictive. Memorial Day weekend I went to my grandma's cabin on Big Fish Lake with my dad and his fiance. It was mostly very nice. There's something profoundly relaxing about having someone else be in charge of your food and shelter for a few days. My Package of All Earthly Delight finally came yesterday, so I went for a brief and foot-numbing skate on the track surrounding the football field. My tailbone and my feets hurt after only one time around the track. But I have purple wheels! Will post pictures later ( Read more... )
