Facebook'd out, for once
My Package of All Earthly Delight finally came yesterday, so I went for a brief and foot-numbing skate on the track surrounding the football field. My tailbone and my feets hurt after only one time around the track. But I have purple wheels! Will post pictures later.
Biked to the library, bank, and Lula the other day. Am reading like whoa... have already devoured 2 comic books (big 'uns) and a book of Susanna Clarke's short stories. Spent too much at Lula, as per usual. But she gave me $12 off!
My current project at work (Special Events) involves spending hours on Facebook. The photographer at Founder's Day lost the sheets that go with the photos, so I have to go through and identify at least one person in each picture so we can e-mail them and eventually identify EVERYONE and mail them their photos. Or just tell them to pick them up next year. The photographer (who also works in Facilities at Mac) feels so bad for losing them, but I don't blame him. His wife recently passed away and he moved. Sad.
To flip the coin from death to life, I got Jeffrey and Courtney's lovely wedding invitation. Denise, are you down? Anyone else? Anyone at all?
I have less than a month in the Cities. Less than two months in the country. Call me.
