I just had an argument at work with a customer. He was 8 years old, and we argued over whether Snape was born evil or was made that way by his history. The kid had an accent that was a cross between Elmer Fudd and a bronx cabbie. I won the argument through my ability to produce income. ("Oh, really? I've already bought my reserve ticket! Nyah!")
