I'm taking the day off work today. I'm in Brisbane! For work!! Im currently in a hotel, and I'm not paying for it. It's all very exciting. Library conferences are fun! :) and we haven't even been to the conference yet. We just arrived this evening, checked in and had dinner. Tomorrow is the day were here for.

I've been on holidays for a whole week! My very first paid holidays!! And I've been sick the entire time. Haha.

So, being boss: It was a good thing because I got the experience, and more money, but it's been so draining being in charge at this branch. I can't trust any other member of my team to arrive on time to open the doors at 8:30. I can however trust them to leave on the dot of 5pm - even if they are meant to be there til 5.15.
