I did not walk yesterday, due a combination of bad weather and not wanting to risk setting the flare off again.  Today, I was a little shaky because I had cleaned the oven and the stooping and reaching had worn me out, so I did the .33 mile walk again.  I'm really looking forward to getting back to the .73 mile walk ( Read more... )

I did the .44 mile loop today.  I'll be adding some distance the next time I walk.  Which may or may not be tomorrow - depends on how much rain we actually get, when it arrives, and when it leaves.  Rain is good - they announced today that we're officially in a drought watch.

Almost two weeks ago, I had an appointment at the local pain management center. First, let me say that the doctor did not impress me. He's arrogant and obnoxious, and talked down to me until my partner made it clear that she was a veterinarian. I.E., a medical professional that couldn't be bullshitted.
